We are looking for an experienced 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 / 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to lead sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and purchasing operations in a manufacturing environment.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of procurement/purchasing experience in manufacturing
- At least 3 years of managerial experience
- Experience in plastics, packaging, FMCG, or food manufacturing is preferred
- Knowledge of polymer resin/chemical sourcing, importation, customs procedures, and Incoterms is an advantage
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
