Production Planner

Join our Supply Chain team as a Production Planner and play a key role in ensuring on-time delivery, efficient production scheduling, and optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Coordinate with Production, Materials Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production performance and address scheduling, material, and capacity constraints.
• Track and analyze key metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory availability, and production performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems; Oracle experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
