Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and construction drawing interpretation.
• Experience in quantity takeoff, bid preparation, and leveling sheets.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and analyze construction plans.
• Experience supporting General Contractor (GC) operations is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural and construction plans for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs and material estimates from project drawings.
• Create and maintain bid leveling sheets for subcontractor and supplier comparisons.
• Assist in bidding and pre-construction activities.
• Produce and revise CAD drawings as required.
• Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and vendors to support project planning and execution.
• Ensure all project documentation is organized and up to date.
