Job Overview

We are looking for a Quality Engineer (QE)with at least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance through effective testing strategies, defect management, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has an automation-first mindset and experience using TOSCA Testsuiteto develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality.

• Use TOSCA Testsuite for test automation and test management.

• Establish and implement quality assurance processes and testing standards.

• Identify, document, track, and report software defects.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues.

• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, automation coverage, and overall software reliability.

• Aim for high automation coverage, with a target of automating up to 80% of functional requirements where applicable.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Quality Assurance.

• Hands-on experience with TOSCA Testsuiteis required.

• Experience in both manual and automated testing.

• Knowledge of test case development, defect tracking, and test execution.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Setup and Schedule

• Work Location:Uptown 2, BGC, Taguig, or Cebu eBloc for Cebu-based candidates.

• Work Arrangement:Hybrid, with onsite work required once a week every Friday.
