After Sales Lead

We are looking for an experienced personnel to lead our After Sales department and manage
the entire After Sales Service Center Team (Parts Inventory, Front Desk, Cashier, Encoders, Technicians – 10 people)
The candidate must have strong knowledge and experience in Service Center operations and be capable of providing operational guidance and find bottlenecks, set KPIs, targets, resolve customer complaints among others.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the entire After Sales Team, including technicians.
• Set team targets, KPIs, and performance standards, monitor results and turnaround time.
• Assign and monitor repair jobs, productivity, and turnaround time.
• Monitor the quality and accuracy of all repairs.
• Help develop technicians for their trainings – Quartz / Automatic watch Repair.
• Provide technical guidance and assist issues.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and service materials.
• Monitor repair backlog and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of watches, parts, and service records.
• Coordinate with Retail, Sales, E-Commerce, and other departments on After Sales
concerns.
• Identify and implement improvements to After Sales processes and service quality.
• Prepare regular reports on team performance, no. of repair accomplished, inventory,
and other After Sales activities.

Qualifications:
• Experience in any After Sales service.
• Experience in supervising or leading a technical/service team is preferred.
• Experience in setting and monitoring team targets or KPIs.
• Experience in inventory or spare parts management.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with a watch brand or authorized service center is an advantage.
• Excel Skills is a plus.
