Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Retail Sales Team Leader (Electronics) to oversee the performance of the retail sales team and support the achievement of store sales objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily sales activities, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring proper merchandising and inventory management. Candidates with experience in electronics retail, consumer appliances, computers, or other electronic products are preferred.

Qualifications

• College Level or College Graduate
• At least 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably with team leadership or supervisory experience
• Background in electronics, consumer technology, computer products, or gadget retail is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in product selling, customer engagement, and retail sales operations
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory monitoring, and sales reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coach sales associates and monitor individual performance
• Customer-focused, organized, and target-driven
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City, from Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily retail sales activities and ensure the team meets assigned sales targets
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing guidance to improve productivity and conversion rates
• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, features, and purchasing concerns
• Ensure sales associates are knowledgeable about electronics products, promotions, and available inventory
• Conduct team briefings, coaching sessions, and product knowledge training
• Monitor inventory movement, stock availability, and replenishment requirements
• Ensure accurate POS transactions and proper handling of sales documentation
• Maintain attractive product displays, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Coordinate with management regarding sales performance, operational concerns, and inventory requirements
• Prepare sales reports and recommend initiatives to improve store performance
