Experienced U.S. CDL-A Truck Driver Recruiter — Philippines

We are hiring an experienced U.S. CDL-A Truck Driver Recruiter for an on-site, commission-based independent-contractor position in Cebu City, Philippines.

IMPORTANT: This is an ON-SITE position in Cebu City. This is NOT a remote or work-from-home position.

Hands-on experience recruiting U.S. CDL-A truck drivers is REQUIRED. If you do not have direct experience recruiting U.S. CDL-A truck drivers, do not apply for this position.

Excellent professional English communication skills are REQUIRED. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with U.S. CDL-A drivers and other U.S.-based business contacts.

Required Experience and Skills

• Hands-on experience recruiting U.S. CDL-A truck drivers.
• Experience communicating directly with U.S. CDL-A driver applicants.
• Understanding of the U.S. CDL-A driver recruiting process from initial contact through application, qualification, submission, and onboarding coordination.
• Ability to evaluate CDL-A driving experience, equipment background, OTR experience, employment history, driver preferences, and carrier qualification requirements.
• Experience maintaining accurate applicant information, recruiting activity, notes, and status updates in an ATS or recruiting system.
• Excellent professional spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong organization, documentation, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Currently residing in the Philippines and able to work on-site in Cebu City.
• Availability to work designated U.S. business hours from the Philippines.

What You'll Do

• Contact and follow up with U.S. CDL-A driver applicants.
• Conduct professional recruiting conversations with prospective drivers.
• Review driver experience, equipment background, employment history, preferences, availability, and qualification information.
• Gather required information and identify missing application details.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, notes, activities, and status updates in the ATS.
• Explain current approved carrier requirements, operating information, compensation, home-time expectations, and qualification standards accurately.
• Coordinate qualified driver submissions for applicable openings.
• Follow up with applicants throughout the recruiting and qualification process.
• Track candidate progress through screening, submission, qualification, and confirmed onboarding stages.
• Maintain professional and consistent communication with drivers.
• Respect applicant communication preferences and protect candidate information.
• Escalate qualification questions, exceptions, compensation questions, and other matters requiring additional review.

Required U.S. CDL-A Recruiting Background

Applicants should be familiar with discussing and evaluating:

• CDL-A driving experience
• OTR and other operating experience
• Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and other applicable equipment experience
• Driving and employment history
• Home-time requirements and driver preferences
• CPM and other driver compensation structures
• Driver qualification requirements
• MVR and safety-history considerations
• DOT medical-card requirements
• SAP / Return-to-Duty status when applicable
• Application completion and missing documentation
• Carrier qualification and submission requirements
• Driver follow-up and onboarding coordination

Work Location

This is an ON-SITE position in Cebu City, Philippines.

Applicants must be able to report to and work from the designated Truck Driver Nation work location in Cebu City. Remote and work-from-home arrangements are not available for this position.

Schedule

This position requires availability during designated U.S. business hours from the Philippines.

The specific working days and shift will be provided as part of the hiring process.

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent-contractor position. The specific commission structure will be communicated to qualified applicants during the hiring process.
