We are looking for experienced finance professionals for senior leadership opportunities in Tax and Treasury. We welcome candidates with strong expertise in financial management, tax strategy, treasury operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Potential Positions:

• Head of Tax / Tax Director
• Head of Treasury / Treasury Director
• Corporate Tax Head
• Group Treasurer
• Senior Tax Manager
• Senior Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tax planning, tax compliance, and treasury management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
• Oversee tax filings, tax assessments, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management.
• Manage banking relationships, funding arrangements, and financial risk exposure.
• Identify opportunities to optimize tax efficiency, cash utilization, and overall financial performance.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management practices, and financial processes.
• Provide strategic recommendations and financial insights to senior management.
• Lead and develop teams while collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and other business units.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA qualification is an advantage, particularly for tax leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in taxation, treasury, or corporate finance, depending on the position.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, treasury operations, cash management, financial planning, and risk management.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
