KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management o Ensure UGL SLA is met across various systems and solutions o Ensure lifecycle, security and compliance are met across systems and solutions  Responsible for the ICT Landscape calendar being up-to-date, complete and available to all stakeholders both ICT and business  Responsible for maintaining the data to support SLA reporting  Responsible for ensuring backup is performed regularly  Participate in the Disaster Recovery testing  Landscape orchestration and Governance  Support the basis lead in managing the lifecycle, security and compliance of systems and solutions in scope
