Job Summary :

As an IT Desktop Support Intern, you are to provide day-to-day PC / LAN technical support for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems (software and hardware) of the company.

Responsibilities :

• Help monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Support new users with account setup, password issues, and basic computer orientation.
• Assist in troubleshooting computer and network problems.
• Contribute to the maintenance and updating of computer systems.
• Help diagnose computer hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with routine work deliverables and requests.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Provide regular updates to the IT team.
• Participate in Project of Process Improvement.
