Inventory Control and SAP Encoder Assistant

Key Responsibilities : Plays a crucial role in supporting production operations, focusing on collecting data for production reports, managing inventory, and performing specific transactions in the SAP system, such as processing PO receipts and handling move order transfers.Inputs production data provided by manufacturing lines into the SAP system with accuracy.Reviews and validates process monitoring records before forwarding them to the supervisor.Maintains organized documentation for tracking batch records.Handles PO Receipt transactions within the SAP system.Executes Move Order Transfers for raw and packaging materials in SAP.Monitors and reconciles actual inventory levels of raw and packaging materials against system records.Performs additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Qualifications : A Bachelor’s Degree in any field.Open to fresh graduates with internship or OJT experience in SAP encoding and inventory management.Preferably has at least two (2) years of experience in production operations, particularly in data gathering, inventory monitoring, and ERP system updates.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Previous experience in manufacturing or production industries is an advantage.Willing to work onsite with a shifting schedule in Marilao, Bulacan.
