Project Engineer – Line Expansion

Position Title : Project Engineer Line Expansion

Reports to : Engineering / Project Manager

Location : Tarlac

Role Overview :

The Project Engineer will lead and deliver major line expansion projects within a beverage manufacturing environment, including installation of new bottling and packaging lines , associated utilities systems , and civil / structural / architectural (CSA) works . This role requires strong end-to-end project leadership experience from design through commissioning, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and safely , while meeting quality and operational performance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of new line expansion and installation projects in the bottling and packaging operations.
• Oversee engineering design, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality, EHS) to integrate new lines into existing operations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and change controls to ensure adherence to project milestones.
• Supervise and manage contractors, vendors, and external engineering consultants.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, standards, and best practices.
