Job descriptionBachelor’s in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering. 2+ years’ geotechnical / site experience (dynamic compaction preferred). Strong knowledge of soil mechanics and ground improvement. Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise dynamic compaction works and ensure compliance with project specs.
- Oversee field testing (CPT, SPT, plate load tests) carried out by subcontractor.
- Monitor settlement, vibration, and ground response during compaction.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain site records.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.
