Recruitment Manager (Local and Overseas Hiring)

The Recruitment Manager will lead the recruitment team and make sure all hiring needs are met on time. This role handles the overall recruitment process—from planning and sourcing to client coordination—to ensure we find the best candidates for our clients.

Main Responsibilities :

• Lead and support the recruitment team to reach hiring goals.
• Plan and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with clients and the business development team for job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates.
• Review and screen applicants to ensure they meet client standards.
• Work with the marketing team on campaigns to attract more candidates.
• Track and report team performance.
• Ensure candidates and clients receive excellent service throughout the process.
