JOB SUMMARY :
The Labor Relations Specialist monitors and ensures that the company and employees are compliant with Labor Laws and Company Policy. He / She assists the organization to develop an effective culture that rewards high performance.
KEY FUNCTIONS / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Labor Relations
- Coordinates with Legal for SEnA or DOLE Complaints and attend hearings
- Ensures DOLE compliance of the Company
- Assists DOLE Personnel during office inspections
- Provides assistance to Immediate head and Legal Officer in handling employee cases and offenses
- Updates / Processes DOLE Status reports
- Monitors updated Labor Laws / Issuances
Employee Performance Management
Facilitate the performance review cycle regularization and annual performance reviewProvide guidance and support to people leaders and employees on performance expectations, goals and appraisal proceduresDrive utilization of performance management tools ( Darwinbox)Employee Engagement
Assist in Employee Engagement Activities and Tasks of the companyOther Tasks as may be required by HR Head or Employee Relations Manager
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Political Science, Social Science, Industrial Relations or related fieldWith at least 1-2 year relevant work experience in Employee / Labor Relations
