Job description

Qualifications :

  • With at least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development (in any service oriented industry)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, Computer Science or any four-year course
  • With EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses sales presentation, negotiation, account management, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • After Sales Management
  • Contracts Management and Renewal
  • Business Relations and Liaison
  • Project-commercial Management (issues relating to project with cost implication, and client request, or resource handling with cost impact)
  • SLA Compliance and Management
