Assembly Technician

Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions. Provide 24hrs support to troubleshoot the equipment problems. Perform regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs, and replacements. Read and understand technical manuals for equipment operations and maintenances. Adhere to company policies and safety regulations. Develop preventive maintenance procedures to avoid equipment failures. Maintain the facility clean, safe and organized. Clean the equipment on regular basis. Provide assistance and job trainings to workers when needed. Maintain inventory control of equipment tools and spare parts. Propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability. Develop cost reduction initiatives by effective utilization of materials and resources. Perform proper preventive maintenance on all company and customer equipment. Perform start-up and shutdown activities. Coordinate and cooperate to Superior at all times. Follow the instruction given by the Equipment Engineer. Observe and follow company rules & regulations and safety regulations. Plan and prioritize workload to support production and ensure efficient use of working time Attend Internal and external training as necessary to keep updated with the latest system process Provide leadership and assistance to less experienced technicians and trainees
