Adhere to company policies and safety regulations. Develop preventive maintenance procedures to avoid equipment failures. Maintain the facility clean, safe and organized. Clean the equipment on regular basis. Provide assistance and job trainings to workers when needed. Maintain inventory control of equipment tools and spare parts. Propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability. Develop cost reduction initiatives by effective utilization of materials and resources. Perform proper preventive maintenance on all company and customer equipment. Perform start-up and shutdown activities. Coordinate and cooperate to Superior at all times. Follow the instruction given by the Equipment Engineer. Observe and follow company rules & regulations and safety regulations. Plan and prioritize workload to support production and ensure efficient use of working time Attend Internal and external training as necessary to keep updated with the latest system process Provide leadership and assistance to less experienced technicians and trainees
