Responsibilities :
- This is a pure-play acquisition role. You'll be the one cold-calling, networking, and prospecting to identify businesses desperately needing better logistics solutions. If they ship it, you're finding them.
- Sit down with potential clients, understand their complex challenges, and craft tailored, effective logistics solutions that truly move the needle for their business.
- Confidently negotiate contracts and pricing that create win-win scenarios—sustainable, profitable deals that secure long-term partnerships.
- Use your knowledge of market trends and competitor moves to spot new opportunities before anyone else does.
- Look at your existing clients and ask, "How else can we help?" You’ll be constantly finding new ways to introduce additional services and deepen those relationships.
- You’ll partner daily with our Operations, Pricing, and Customer Service teams. They are your internal support system, making sure that once you close the deal, the execution is flawless.
