Construction Quality Control Inspector

RESPONSIBILITIES : Ensure that the quality of all works carried out at the project site is in compliance with Project Quality Plan and Inspection Test PlanResponsible for the inspections for compliance with the Standard Specifications and Plans. Non-conformity shall be raised as applicableContinuous review of all Logs, covering Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request, Methods Statement Submittal etc and monitoring their statusPerform test / samplingQUALIFICATIONS : Graduate of at least a Diploma course in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, or Civil TechnologyRelated work experience is an advantage but is not requiredFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsMust be able to read and understand the test reports on material and inspection recordsFamiliar with industry codes relating to civil works (PEC ASTM, etc is an advantage)Familiar with testing procedure such as cylinder compressive test, rebar tests, field density test, etc.Computer literateGood moral and written communication
