Overview
The Head of Supply is responsible for overseeing and managing overall supply and operations in order to maximize the company’s profit and improve process efficiency and productivity that would leverage the growth of the business. He / She will lead the Supply teams in the formulation and execution of strategies for the improvements on the supply side, gross sales and profitability of the company.
Responsibilities
Property Management
- Maintain long lasting partnership thru Property Retention Programs and Engagement.
- Increase contracted profit sharing to existing properties by renegotiation.
- Oversees the daily operations of all properties, other property functions, such as maintenance, asset management, human resources, or marketing.
- Oversee portfolio’s operational and financial performance to ensure achievement of established objectives.
- Create strategies in collaboration with channel leads to increase the profitability of partner hotels.
Business Development
Increase hotel acquisition, business sales and work closely with the stakeholders of the company to create relevant campaigns to achieve targets.Oversees Business Development team in organizing new marketing strategies, sales acquisition program and developmental programs for the team.Works closely with Business Development Lead in achieving business development target and workforce planning.Project Management
Responsible for planning and overseeing projects supplies, reviewing construction work, and developing budgets and proposals for the ancillary business.Work with stakeholders to determine best vendors to support ancillary business.Creating new business channels in collaboration with Product and Tech team for incremental revenue.Others
Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner. Suggest solutions for process improvements.Train, motivate and direct subordinates in optimizing workplace productivity and promote professional growth.Build and maintain good relationships with vendors, stakeholders and business partners.Requirements
Bachelor Degree in any Business-related courses, MBA strongly preferredAnalytical thinker with superior problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in high-pressure situationsOutstanding negotiation skillsGood in Profit and Loss analysisHotel acquisition and Management is a plusSeniority level
