Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Procurement to lead our procurement function and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation, a strong understanding of procurement processes, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects using leading procurement platforms and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Source-to-Pay Implementation : Lead end-to-end delivery of Source-to-Pay implementation projects, including functional design, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process optimization.
- Procurement Transformation : Drive procurement transformation and digitalization projects across industries and geographies using platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer.
- Project Leadership : Take ownership of project delivery by managing roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, and Project Manager. Oversee the development of to-be process flows, business process documents, configuration workbooks, testing strategies, and training materials.
- Testing and Integration : Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing phases. Experience in ERP integrations will be considered a strong advantage.
- Business Development : Identify and develop opportunities through external networks, client engagement, and professional relationships to expand the procurement practice.
- Team Development : Manage recruitment, provide mentorship, and build high-performing teams by nurturing talent and fostering professional growth.
- Knowledge and Capability Building : Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Contribute to internal capability development through knowledge-sharing sessions, documentation of best practices, and training programs.
Qualifications
Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong expertise in procurement processes, spend management principles, and S2P transformation.Proven track record in implementing S2P solutions within cloud platforms and ERP systems.Hands-on experience in design workshops, documentation, testing leadership, and change management.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong business acumen with the ability to deliver measurable results.Work Location : Makati
Work Setup : Hybrid (3x / week) during the first year of employment. (Duration may be limited to 1-2x / week on the 2nd year of employment onwards)
