About the role.

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Content Operations Assistant to join us in the Philippines.

Responsibilities include

• Manage and action tasks within the Operations inbox, ensuring timely responses and smooth workflow coordination across teams.
• Create and maintain brand and offer listings, including new brand onboarding, offer setup, and ongoing updates to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support the development and upkeep of key operational tools and features, including the verification tool, Premium Brand Hub, and Beans ID consumer groups.
• Oversee offer tracking and performance monitoring, ensuring all tracking links and codes function correctly and resolving related issues where needed.
• Identify and report platform bugs through the established bug management process, supporting continuous improvement and platform reliability.
