SAP FICO Lead

Overview

Senior SAP FICO Lead – AMS at Luxoft, a DXC Technology Company. This role is responsible for overseeing service delivery, managing a team of SAP FICO consultants, and acting as a key point of contact for clients to ensure successful AMS delivery and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resolution of complex SAP FICO application issues, incidents, and service requests, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO functionalities, integrations, and business processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Coordinate work assignments, monitor team performance, and ensure timely delivery of services in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Interface directly with clients to understand business needs, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction with AMS delivery.
• Represent the company in client meetings, service reviews, and escalations with professionalism and confidence.
• Apply knowledge of industry-standard service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000) and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) to drive service excellence.
• Utilize enterprise-grade service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, BMC Remedy) to manage incidents, changes, and service requests.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, process optimization, and knowledge management.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
