Senior IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for core applications : Automation Engine, LifePRO, and EAS.
• Troubleshoot using IT ecosystem tools; perform after-hours incident resolution as part of nightly cycle support.
• Design and modify moderately complex automation workflows or batch processes; identify root causes and participate in Root Cause Analysis meetings.
• Manage full project lifecycle from design through development, testing, and implementation.
• Understand network security, application security, and fileshare permissions; facilitate issue resolution with business, IT staff, or vendors.
• Gather system requirements and support testing; contribute to project plans and timelines.
• Adhere to configuration and change management policies to ensure change awareness, approval, and success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
