IT Engineer

3–5+ years of hands-on experience in PACS / RIS implementation and support

 Strong command of DICOM protocols and services (C-FIND, C-STORE, MWL, etc.)

 Practical knowledge of HL7 v2.x messaging and interface configuration

 Proven integration experience with HIS, EMR, and imaging modalities

 Solid grasp of networking, server environments (Windows / Linux), and basic SQL

 Familiarity with HIPAA or local equivalents (e.g., DOH / DICT privacy regulations)

 Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

 Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
