Electrical Engineering Manager

Position Summary : The position is responsible for being the center of knowledge for all matters on electrical engineering in support of the operations and maintenance of all power plant assets and shall play a key role in planning, designing and implementing the asset management plans and policies relating to the electrical systems and their auxiliaries.The position will provide electrical engineering expert knowledge for day to day matters outside the capability of the site teams and during inspections, overhauls, plant failure situations and optimize the approach to the full range of maintenance and engineering philosophis for the plant sites.The role is expected to significantly contribute to the resolution of technical issues inhibiting flexible plant performance and in proposing plant improvement options.Technical ServicesEngineering Management of ChangeCAPEX ManagementOutage ManagementComputerized Maintenance Management Systems (Maximo)Equipment Reliability and Long Term Integrity ManagementKnowledge in Generators, Transformers, Rotor and Stator Motors, Switchgear and SwitchboardsContract and Project ManagementQualifications : At least 10 years of Electrical Engineering specialismMinimun 5 years leadership experience coming from power generation or related industryGraduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical EngineeringPRC License (REE or PEE)Willing to be based in Mariveles, BataanSeniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob function
