Job Summary :
We are looking for passionate and hardworking Field Sales Agents to join our team! In this role, you will manage and service existing accounts within your assigned area, promote and sell our products, install merchandising materials, and expand our customer network by acquiring new accounts. You will serve as the company’s frontliner in building strong client relationships while ensuring that all sales activities and reports are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and service existing accounts within the assigned territory.
- Regularly visit clients to strengthen relationships and address concerns.
- Install and maintain merchandising and promotional materials in client stores.
- Promote products and execute sales strategies to increase visibility and sales.
- Prospect and acquire new accounts to expand market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the Sales Supervisor.
- Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate sales and activity reports on time.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor for updates, strategies, and performance reviews.
Qualifications :
At least a High School Graduate; college level / graduate is an advantage.With experience in sales, merchandising, or account management is preferred.Must hold a valid driver’s license.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented.Willing to travel and work in assigned areas.
