Accounts Receivable Associate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Checks, posts, updates, and handles reconciliation of accounts receivable.

Prepares statement of account and account envelopes subject for collection.

Ensures all invoices for collection are accounted for.

Evaluates sales orders subject for processing and approval.

Prepares AR reports and files collection copies

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree of Business Administration

Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Proficient in oral and written communication skills.

Highly motivated and capable of working under pressure.
