We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Office Leasing Advisory team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercial real estate industry, specifically in office leasing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in market research and analysis of office space trends, occupancy rates, and rental prices
Support the creation of property marketing materials and presentations
Help maintain and update property databases and client information
Participate in property tours and client meetings (when appropriate)
Assist in preparing lease abstracts and financial analyses
Support the team in various administrative tasks related to lease transactions
Contribute to the development of market reports and industry insights
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Strong interest in commercial real estate, particularly office leasing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Eager to learn and take on new challenges
