Responsibilities
- Answer client inquiries, using independent research and problem-solving skills to provide timely and accurate information.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, legal forms, and other documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Compile, track, and report on property information, business income, expenses, and job activities.
- Assist with marketing activities such as social media management, posting classified ads, and more.
- Coordinate with outside vendors including photographers, videographers, lawyers, lenders, and other professionals as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in a client service role with a focus on real estate administration is essential; CANADIAN real estate industry exp is preferred.Knowledge of Farming real estate handling is preferred.Strong knowledge of real estate processes and industry-specific terminology is required to ensure accurate and efficient client interactions.Intermediate proficiency in computer skills, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, to handle daily administrative tasks.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to maintain professionalism with clients and team members.Ability to conduct independent research and problem-solving for addressing client inquiries with resourcefulness.Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the capacity to plan and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, proofreading, and data entry.Familiarity with social media and online classified ads for supporting basic marketing activities.Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, able to work effectively from a remote home office with minimal supervision.Benefits
