Join Our Team as a Backoffice Agent!
We are seeking a professional and reliable agent to serve as the primary point of contact for both emergency and non-emergency calls. In this role, you'll manage call logs, monitor routes, facilitate messages, support drivers, and coordinate field units.

Requirements
You’ll be a great fit if you have :
Open to fresh graduates (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management is a plus)
Good English communication skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., navigating spreadsheets, using formulas)
Willingness to work on a graveyard shift schedule
Openness to work onsite at our Eastwood, Quezon City office.
Nice to have :
xperience in customer service, operations, back office, or logistics from any industry.
