Responsibilities:
️ Provide VIP-level butler services to VIP customers.
️ Responsible for handling VIP customer needs, allowing customers to enjoy their gaming time in VIP Junket Casino (including demands and complaints).
️ Handle customer and other department inquiries.
️ Regularly communicate with customers and maintain good relationships.
️ Look for opportunities to improve customer loyalty through service.
️ Assist and handle customer ordering requests.
️ Assist or host company events, responsible for inviting customers to attend.
️ Organize and collect information about customer preferences and related data for departmental analysis.
️ Handle various tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:
️ Demonstrate professional capabilities and establish good relationships with various departments and partners.
️ Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in Chinese and English.
️ Possess excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and communication skills.
️ Confident, independent, and self-motivated.
️ Adhere to departmental and company guidelines and policies.
️ Presentable appearance, excellent service, organizational, and communication skills.
