The Sales & Marketing Head will drive growth and lead the sales and marketing efforts of their real estate client in Iloilo . This leadership role involves managing sales performance, executing marketing strategies, and expanding broker networks to ensure strong brand presence and project sell-outs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales teams and hit revenue targets for residential / commercial projects
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, project launches, and digital promotions
- Grow and manage broker networks across Iloilo and nearby provinces
- Train and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams
- Analyze market trends, competition, and project positioning
- Oversee the full customer journey to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor KPIs, marketing ROI, and align budgets with sales goals
Qualifications
