Overview
CLSIA Group of Companies comprises multiple entities including Progress Bicycle Corporation, ePBC Infinix Inc., JHAK Steel Inc., and CLSIA Land Incorporated with operations in manufacturing, importation, distribution, and real estate. Main operations facilities are in Manila with manufacturing facilities and offices described below.
Responsibilities
- Checking and verifying all vouchers for payment
- Make proper entry for reclassification, refund, amortization, cancellation, reversal and other adjustments
- Monitoring of Fixed Assets
- Monitoring of Accounts Receivable
- Monitoring of Accounts Payable
- Preparation of General Form Financial Statements (GFFS)
- Developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures
- Providing financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements presented to the Executive Committee
- Compliance with BIR, SEC and other government agencies
- Finalization of Monthly General Ledger
- Checking and consolidation of audit schedule
- Checking, correcting, and approving all reports and works prepared by Accounting Team members
- Making contact with partner banks’ account officers and requesting necessary documents
- Compliance with bank-required documentation and reports
- Other accounting concerns
- Perform other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Graduate of BS AccountancyCPA strongly preferredAt least 5-7 years relevant work experience as Accounting Supervisor or Head in the following industries : wholesale / retail, e-commerce, importation and distribution, manufacturingGood moral characterHas in-depth knowledge in Accounting PolicyAccounting Best PracticesKnows how to prepare BIR AlphalistAble to multitask efficiently and effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent time management, leadership and organizational skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong attention to detailCompetent in Accounting software applications such as SAP, QuickBooks, etc.Work Location & Compensation
