Showroom Officer

The Showroom Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the LPG retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and managing inventory.

The role focuses on serving end-users (households), promoting LPG products, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the day-to-day operations of the LPG showroom / store.

Promote and sell LPG products and services to walk-in customers, especially household consumers.

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to assist end-users in making informed decisions.

Monitor and maintain sufficient inventory levels; coordinate with suppliers for restocking.

Ensure store compliance with LPG safety protocols and government regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom.

Prepare and submit daily sales reports and stock monitoring.

Train and supervise showroom staff if applicable.

Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
