Position : HR and Admin Staff

Requirements :

✨Bachelor’s degree of Human Resource, Psychology or any related course

✨With atleast 2 years’ experience as HR and Admin

✨With experience working in a PEZA registered company is an advantage

✨Amenable to attend interviews

✨Willing to work in Lipa, Batangas

✨Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

✨Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee databases and organizing emails and files for the HR department.

✨Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave to support payroll processing.

✨Assist the HR Manager in policy development, recruitment, and salary administration.

✨Handle recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements online, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.

✨ Coordinate orientation and training programs for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

✨ Serve as a point of contact for employees, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries and concerns.

Recruitment Process :
