Required Experience :

Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any Business course

With at least 7 years managerial experience

With proven expertise on Collective Bargaining negotiation on multi-union environment

Extensive experience on ISO, HACCP, GMP certifications with respect to HR operations

Knowledgeable on PEZA, DOLE and other regulatory requirements with respect on HR operations

With working knowledge on Energy Management System

With proven output on cost saving program

Knowledgeable on risk management

Knowledgeable on Data Privacy Act
