Requirements:
Fluency in speaking, reading and writing Korean language
Experience in Human Resource
Good English communication skills

Responsibilities:
Responsible in assisting the customer in their inquiries
Maintain the data and audit accuracy of compensation
Prepare and identify the benefits, awards, variable pay
Primarily responsible in employee retention, on boarding and training
