We are looking for a QualityAssurance Tester to be based in Pasay City, Philippines . The ideal candidate will be involvedwith testing of software and applications, recording and reporting of defects,and assisting the developers with the design process.
Candidate must have strong interpersonalskills, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze users storiesand / use cases / requirements for validity and feasibility
- Collaborate closely withother team members and departments
- Execute all levels oftesting (System, Integration, and Regression)
- Design and developautomation scripts when needed
- Detect and track softwaredefects and inconsistencies
- Provide timely solutions
- Apply quality engineeringprinciples throughout the product lifecycle
- Provide support anddocumentation
Job Requirements
- Degree in ComputerScience / Information Technology or a similar course
- With a minimum of two years of working experience as a Quality Assurance Tester.
- Experience in projectmanagement and QA methodology
- Ability to document andtroubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of testmanagement software
- Excellent communicationskills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independentlyon the given tasks
- Should have the ability tocollaborate with the developers and other teams as needed
