Responsible for semi-monthly preparation and computation of company's employee's salary, as well as 13th month pay.
Responsible for an accurate and timely processing of employee's payroll and timekeeping.
Responsible for the government's monthly payments and requirements such as SSS, HDMF, Philhealth and Withholding Tax (which
includes annual Alphalist) as well as safekeeping their documents, receipts and vouchers.
Responsible for the HMO enrollment, deletion and concerns of employees.
Ensures timely payment of HMO services.
Responsible for enrollment of new employees for SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF.
Assists the employees in utilizing the internal and external loan facilities of the company.
Computes and releases the final pay of resigned employees.
Provides documents needed by employees such as Certificates of Employment, Form 2316, etc.
Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course in the related field
Must be highly proficient in MS Excel and power point
Must have at least two (2) years work experience in compensation and benefits or related field
Must have a knowledge on market practices in compensation and benefits administration
Must have strong business sense
Must be fully adept in the processes and updates in SSS, PHIC, HDMF and BIR
Must be keen into details and highly analytical
Amenable to work in Quezon City
