Looker Developer

LOOKER DEVELOPER (CAN START THIS APRIL) (6-MONTH CONTRACT) WORK FROM HOMECAN START ASAP

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, InformationTechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Looker, including Look MLdevelopment, dashboard creation, and data visualization.Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in Look ML for building and maintaining models, explores, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and experience in creating user-friendly, interactive dashboards.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Solid understanding of BI data architecture, data warehousing concepts, and datamodelling (e.g., star schemas, snowflake schemas, and 1-3NF data models).
• Experience in performance tuning and optimizing Looker assets.
• Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or other cloud environments is a plus.
• Exposure to other BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is advantageous.4Additional Qualifications :
• Fundamental knowledge of Agile Methodology, SDLC, or other project managementmethodologies are a plus.
• Experience in project scoping, planning, and management is a bonus.
• Willingness to work remotely on a day shift under an initial 6-month contract, withthe possibility of extension.
• Availability to start immediately is preferred.
