We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Assistants proficient in Mandarin to support our international clients across various industries with research, communication, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders via email, chat, or voice
Translate written and verbal communications (Mandarin ? English)
Conduct online research and gather data from various sources
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Organize and update client and customer management systems
Scrape data from websites and compile structured reports
Manage calendars, meetings, inboxes, schedules, and internal trackers
Send daily reports summarizing completed tasks
Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant preferred
Strong research and data entry skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and responsibilities
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online research platforms
Comfortable using communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, Hangouts, and Messenger
