Transport Infrastructure Leader Philippines

Arup Manila is seeking a Transport Infrastructure Leader to shape and grow our transport business in the Philippines. This pivotal leadership role is based in Manila and involves collaborating with the Country Leader and APAC Transport Leader to lead a high-performing team across rail, roads, aviation and maritime sectors, and to promote regional collaboration across Southeast Asia and the broader APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive transport market growth plan aligned with Arup’s strategic direction and values.
• Lead high-priority client pursuits, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering strong outcomes through effective bid strategies.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive team environment, support professional development, and encourage continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress using data-driven insights and provide regular reporting to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions and refine delivery approaches.
• Represent Arup’s transport business in the Philippines, promoting regional collaboration and supporting efficient, high-quality project delivery across Southeast Asia and the broader APAC.
