The Role
As our Senior Systems Administrator / IT Infrastructure Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our IT infrastructure and driving technological initiatives across our global organization. Reporting to the Country Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology systems worldwide, while providing exceptional service to our internal customers - primarily the executive team and your fellow employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure across multiple environments, including Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Design, implement, and manage robust cybersecurity measures
- Manage and optimize technology subscription spend, working closely with finance teams
- Lead procurement processes for Philippines-based equipment and global IT assets
- Develop, enforce, and continually improve IT policies and procedures to mitigate organizational risk
- Provide high-level technical support and white-glove service to executives and key stakeholders
- Oversee the management of internal information sources (company wiki, learning management systems)
- Lead projects to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
- Mentor and guide junior IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistency in practices and technologies
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential business impact
- Cultivate strong relationships with the executive team and employees across all departments, ensuring their technology needs are met with a customer-first approach
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve internal customer satisfaction with IT services
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleProven track record of successfully managing IT in a fast-scaling business environmentExceptional customer service skills with experience supporting executive-level clientsExpert-level knowledge of Office 365, Google Workspace, and cloud technologiesStrong cybersecurity skills with relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+)Experience with AI tools and their implementation in business processesProficiency in scripting languages and basic HTMLExpert level Asana experience strongly preferredExcellent project management skillsStrong financial acumen for budgeting and cost optimizationOutstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively across different time zones and culturesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree a plusWhat's on Offer?
