Job descriptionTraducirás los objetivos del cliente en estrategias de marketing efectivas. Analizarás resultados y performance para proponer mejoras y planes de crecimiento. Guiarás al equipo para elevar la calidad del servicio y superar expectativas. Detectarás nuevas oportunidades comerciales e innovadoras para seguir creciendo juntos. Más de 10 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas y grandes clientes, especialmente en marketing digital. Capacidad para entender objetivos de negocio y transformarlos en planes concretos. Experiencia liderando procesos de fidelización, renovaciones y estrategias de up / cross selling. Habilidades destacadas en negociación, storytelling y presentaciones para niveles C-level. Experiencia previa en consultoría o industrias B2B de alto valor. Compensación en dólares : sueldo fijo + comisiones trimestrales. Flexibilidad horaria : trabajamos por objetivos. ⌛️ Modalidad remota : trabaja desde donde prefieras. Oportunidad de viajar por LATAM 3 a 4 veces al año. ✈️

Relación con Clientes :
- Serás el principal contacto y aliado estratégico de nuestros clientes clave.
- Identificarás oportunidades de up / cross selling alineadas a los objetivos del cliente.
- Asegurarás una experiencia única, coherente y de alto valor para cada cliente.
- Liderarás procesos de fidelización y renovaciones, construyendo relaciones sólidas y duraderas.
- Coordinarás reuniones presenciales con clientes clave para reforzar la relación.
