Vendor Support Associate

Vendor Sourcing : Identify potential new vendors via research; perform vetting process. If the decision is made to bring the Vendor into the Service Network, then all paperwork must be completed and uploaded to SharePoint.

• May include sourcing on behalf of client's franchise locations.
• To include posts on various social media platforms and groups dedicated to connecting sub-contractors / vendors with Prime Contractors and management companies. The posts will be made under the client's brand not a personal account.
• Vendor sourcing to include all trades and janitorial vendors.
• Specific parameters, including geographic targeting, will be provided by management.
• Repair & Maintenance and Janitorial vendor compliance and quality assurance : Support compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards by ensuring proper documentation (e.g. COI, W9, Works Comp Certificate, Vendor Packets), and adherence to processes.
• Update and maintain various internal databases and platforms that track service provider and vendor interactions.
• Monitor and reply to inquiries from Vendors that request information to be a part of the service provider network.
• Ensure customer-specific compliance standards are met, such as background checks.
• Back-up as needed and directed for work order processing and customer support.
• Additional administrative support as defined and requested by management
