Baker

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least a Vocational or Short Course Graduate in Baking or equivalent
• With at least 2 years of relevant experience in bakery production or commissary production
• Knowledgeable in the operations of bakery equipment such as mixer, dough divider, proffer, overn, etc….
• Must be resourceful, with good attention to details.

Job Description:

• Directly responsible for the effective implementation and monitoring of production plans
• Ensures consistency of process standards as implemented
• Supervises and trains productions staff to efficiently and safely produce high volume and multiple baked products with minimum wastage
• Ensures that the production plans and schedules are followed
• Oversees the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, production, and timely issuance of goods to dispatch section
