QUALIFICATIONS :

⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Criminology, Business, or related field.

⦁ Additional training or certification in cybersecurity, fraud investigation, or digital forensics is a plus.

⦁ 1–3 years of experience in online investigation, fraud detection, risk management, or e-commerce trust & safety.

⦁ Experience in analyzing online transactions, suspicious activities, or digital footprints is an advantage.

⦁ Strong analytical and investigative skills with keen attention to detail.

⦁ Familiarity with web tools, online databases, and digital research methods.

⦁ Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, social media monitoring, and fraud detection systems.

⦁ Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.

⦁ Ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential fraudulent activities.

⦁ Schedule : Night Shift
