The Role

As a Procurement Officer, you will handles sourcing, bidding, negotiating and procurement for the requirements of the bank to be able to purchase quality items at least possible cost. The role will contribute to the organization by the savings it brings in procuring these items for the Bank.

How you'll contribute

• Complaints Management I Issue Resolution Assesses an issue and seeks superior's guidance when needed prior to making a decision for a complex problem
• Effective Communication Skills Immediately responds to all incoming emails and calls to ensure proper and on-time support is given
• Information / Records Administration Prepares monthly accomplishment report from data extracted in eSource to gauge performance
• Negotiation or Mediation Skills Conducts sourcing and bidding based on submitted requirements to supply business needsNegotiates for best cost without sacrificing quality and value
• Quality Orientation Monitors supplier performance through follow up to ensure on-time delivery of services
• Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time

What we’re looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree of any related course
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Travel booking experience is highly preferred
• Experience in handling marketing requirement’s for company products, exposure in banking industry is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in supply chain, bidding and negotiation process
