• Plans and schedules timely delivery to customer
• Follows strictly all parameters set for delivering goods e.g., truck size, availability, location sketch for new customer, customers / trip, route.

balances truck load capacity and customer service.

• Responds to minor customers' complaints within the day, refers major issues to the manager.
• Achieves zero delivery pending / returns - checks unloaded trucks, replaces defective trucks immediately and informs concerned salesperson of any delivery delays.
